11 Signs you are still an introvert ( introverts Test )









Being an introvert is not really a bad thing , introverts are smarter , spend a lot of time learning new skills, more successful at school , good friends  there is no way that you heard that an introvert hurt someone ( maybe once or two), but first let’s find out if you were an introvert in this article I’m going to tell you the signs of introvert people


1: you consider sitting down alone doing nothing but thinking ,productive
If you like to sit down in your room, and start thinking for two hours a great thing to do, you may be an introvert  
2 : avoid eye contact
If you feel nervous every time a stranger is looking at you and  you constantly avoid eye contact even with your own friends , will guess what you still an introvert   
3: if you consider having more than 4 friends is too much
An introvert with more than five buddies is very rare, or if you consider yourself famous when 20 persons know your name, you are an introvert
4: You text A lot
If you can express yourself more freely updating your Facebook status and taking to your friends via chat or text messages more than real life interactions, you must be an introvert
5: if you consider talking if front of 4 people nerve-racking, definitely an introvert
6: sharing credit  
If you prefer doing all the work by yourself and you don’t ask others for help and you share credit, guess what? You still an introvert
7: never ask questions
If you are in class or a meeting and you never raise your hand at the end even if you have a billion questions because you don’t want to waste others time, and you don not want to look like a fool asking stupid questions, introvert confirmed
8: solo hobbies
If all of your hobbies consist on thing that you do alone, and you hate the ones that gets you exposed to audience   , there is a high chance that you are an introvert
9: if you rather change your way so you can avoid people that you know or maybe people that you just see!
10: you hate crowded places
If  you feel uncomfortable in a busy coffee shop , restaurants , bus , subway, stadiums, or just a crowded street  and you find joy and peace locking yourself in your room, will yea you can read my thoughts ^^
11: shy even asking for directions.

If most of this signs ring the bill, will you are an introvert trying to be more social and extrovert is good but you should have a reason for it like the dream of becoming a speaker or you want to start your own business and succeed or just you want to have more friends or just you do not like being shy all the time .if you don’t have no reason becoming extrovert you may want to stay an introvert because it suites you better.

4 Ways To get Motivated And Stay That Way









To achieve a Goal in life we need motivation , because it’s the only thing that will put you in the starting line and be in your side as you take your first steps in changing you life , but ultimately  you are going to run out of motivation and you need you refresh it and motivation is basically keeping your eyes on the prize as you go thru all the struggling and the early failures before you win and believing deep inside that you are going to achieve your purpose ,So in this article I’m going to show you my ways of getting and staying motivated as I go thru the process of chasing my dreams .

Listen to motivational speeches.

YouTube is full of hundreds of motivational videos , speeches , Read books , Articles , listen to audio book , go to seminars, and most importantly try to meet people that achieved the goal Most people are willing to give advice and tell you about their experiences , if you are trying to lose weight , try to  get together with someone who had lost it and that changed their lives, want  to start a business .talk to someone who is successful at his business, listen to his story people love to talk about how they succeeded  .


Get the Hell away from Negative people.


Your friends effect you more than you think studies confirm that you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with, so if your friends are too lazy to workout or are too negative and they try to talk you out of your goals consciously or unconsciously you need to get away from them, maybe hard but necessary if you are serious about your aims and goals, and you need to surround yourself with motivated supportive confident people that have similar goals than yours and if you can’t find them, so be it you ill have to hit the road alone


Write Down Your Goals.

That’s a must if  you are trying to lose weight  , don’t be like “ Yeaa I want to be fit , ill try to work out “ but write down all details about your Goal.

-           How do you imagine your looks after loosing that weight

-          Writ down how much pound are you intending to lose

-          All the daily and weekly goals

And read a lot of motivational quotes pick one that you like the most write it in a big piece of paper and put it somewhere where you get to see it every day


Make your own affirmations.

Yes they do work , just record on your phone a 4 minutes audio saying things like “ you are focused “ “ you can make it ( insert goal here)” or my favorite  Les Brown quote “ It’s Possible”, and listen to that twice a day or when ever you feel unmotivated to do your thing , You can Download audio affirmation too , but making yours will effect your brain positively faster  , and note that I insist on using ‘You Are” instead Of  “I am” so that you subconscious mind get effected directly .

How To Stop Worrying About The Future










“I’m I going to get this job “ the man asks himself after a week of useless  worry he get’s the job then he worries about whether his new coworkers will like him or not and after that his worries about him not getting a promotion …


Worry makes your life a living hell and keeps you from enjoying all the good things, Henry Ford once said “I believe God is managing affairs and that He doesn't need any advice from me. With God in charge, I believe everything will work out for the best in the end. So what is there to worry about? “


As a young high school student I had a teenage life full of worry, would people accept me! I might not be able to make friends here! Maybe they will hate me because I’m poor and most of them are rich kids, maybe I won’t graduate , maybe I wont get a job because I’m stupid , and spend hours daydreaming about  how my life would been if I was rich , more confident ,better looking , worry ruined my life once and that’s how I overcame it

-Living One Day at the Time


Something I learned from the book “How to Stop Worrying and Start Living” by Dale Carnegie"Conditioning your mind into Living only until bed time, it means that the only thing that you should focus on is reaching your little goals for that day that will lead you to the big goal , And enjoy that day as if it was your last.
 worrying about what is going to happen next week will not change what’s occurring the next week , so why worry about it ? why not just focus on doing today’s job TODAY , distressing about the future will only Slow you down from accomplishing  your Dreams , while it’s good to plan for the future having goals and aims to go for,  we should not be caught up in stressing about what is going to happen ! worry never helped me accomplish something , so try to live only until Bed time.

-Let go of expectations:

Whether you start a business, or in a new relationship or whatever stop expecting reward or failure just do what you had to do work hard to make things work and let go of worrying about the outcome, expectations are actually setting you up for disappointment, I expected not graduating high school, and that what happened I can see it coming, I knew it, but some how i got sad for not graduating  , do your thing and let it go

Take Care of your Body:

Exercising will certainly make you feel better think better, makes you more focused on the tasks that you have to do that day ! And it will also fill the time that you have probably spending thinking and wishing and worrying about the future

Let go of the past:

The main thing worry takes over our lives it’s because of our previous experiences in life we don’t want the bad thing that happened to us in the passed to occur again that’s why we are over cautious trying to avoid any situation that might cause us feeling bad again , letting go of the passed is hard but it’s necessary and we should do what ever it takes to move on and pursue our goals, our believes and start making things happen.

It’s Hard to quit the habit of worry, and it won’t happen overnight, but like any other skill it needs persistence and continuous work over and over again until not worrying becomes a second nature.
